Mentorship Framework

Mentorships are vital within any organisation, regardless of scale, to ensure that both leaders and their reports can actively understand what is going on with each individual, how they're doing, and how to assist their growth. Many organisations will facilitate a 15 minute 'health check' with HR every quarter, but that is not enough. We need to understand the people we work with to be able to help them grow, and active mentorships are a fundamental part of this process.
